I became associated with O'Dell Engineering more than a decade ago and found it to be an outstanding firm to work for. I totally enjoyed working in a firm in which both Randy and Jill had established a great work situation where employees want to work. Every aspect of the office environment was targeted at providing services that clients want and need with an emphasis on quality and professionalism. It was, and still is a great place to work. Randy is a terrific leader and that accounts for much of the firm's success.
