Everett Moran founded Moran Engineering, Inc. fifty years ago and was at the helm until 2020.

Building Permit Surveys are Boundary and Topographic Surveys with some minor additions to satisfy city requirements. House or Building Location Surveys typically show the footprint of existing structures on the property and property boundary superimposed on the map.
