Associated Land Surveyors

Terry has been in the land surveying business since 1983 and he founded Associated Land Surveyors in 1988. He is a Registered Surveyor in North Carolina and Tennessee. Terry holds a degree in Civil Engineering and is a licensed building contractor in North Carolina and South Carolina.

Topographic Surveys provide data about the elevations and contours on a piece of land. This survey can also indicate any structures that are on the land, whether they are man-made or natural. Topographic surverys are very useful, whether it be for commercial or residential properties. It allows them to know the detailed information about all the areas prior to developing.

Construction staking, or site layout surveys, are developed using the construction plans to mark the location(s) of proposed structures. In addition to typically being required by the construction lender, they also ensure that the construction project is built on the site location according to the engineer's or architect's layout.
