Surveying has been an essential element in the development of the human environment since the beginning of recorded history ca. 5000 years ago and is a requirement in the planning and execution of nearly every form of construction.
Types of Services & Surveys
Report
A boundary survey and drawing (plat) which meets the requirements of ALTA (American Land Title Association) and the ACSM (American Congress on Surveying and Mapping) and incorporates review of the Title Search provided. Licenses are required for all businesses serving alcohol. The alcoholic beverage survey is performed to determine distance requirements from schools, churches, etc., as dictated by the City (if within the City limits) or the County in which the business is located.This survey reestablishes boundaries of a parcel using its legal description.
