Services
ALTA/NSPS Surveys
ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys provide comprehensive boundary and improvement data for commercial property transactions. These surveys meet strict standards set by the American Land Title Association and National Society of Professional Surveyors. They identify easements, encroachments, and regulatory limitations, ensuring clients receive accurate information for property purchases, refinancing, or development projects.
Platting Services
Our platting services create official maps for land subdivision, establishing legal property boundaries and compliance with zoning laws. We prepare detailed plat documents for single or multi-site portfolios, ensuring accurate representation of lot dimensions, roads, and utility easements. This service supports developers and municipalities in achieving efficient land use and regulatory approval.
Topographic Surveys
Topographic surveys map natural and man-made features, including elevation changes, trees, buildings, and utilities. This data supports engineering and construction projects by providing detailed terrain information. Our surveys use advanced technology to deliver precise elevation models for site planning, drainage analysis, and infrastructure development across Florida.
Cemetery Mapping
Cemetery mapping services create detailed site plans showing gravesites, markers, roads, and mausoleums. We produce Garden Map Books for efficient cemetery management and expansion planning. These surveys preserve historical data, prevent boundary disputes, and support new plot development while maintaining aesthetic and regulatory compliance for memorial parks.
Construction Staking
Construction staking establishes reference points for new buildings, roads, and infrastructure projects. Our team translates design plans into physical markers, ensuring accurate placement of structures. This service supports contractors in maintaining alignment, elevation, and compliance with approved blueprints throughout the development process.

Took about 45 days to have a simple survey done. I thought they weren't even going to come to do it, forgot all about them. When they finally came and did the survey, the bill was 4 times what a normal surveying company would charge. I switched all my business to Target Surveying, 3 day lead time and a reasonable price. Sad because I read the reviews and believed that they would be on time. 4 times the amount of a normal survey wouldn't have been as obnoxious if it was within 24hours or a rush, but it after it took over month coupled with the price. wow.

If only they were as fast as their billing they would be a much better company. The actual survey itself was, well a survey, I don't see how you can screw that up, and they didn't. I buy and sell 3 to 4 properties a quarter. First and last time I would use them.
