He has developed a staff of specialists devoted to delivering accurate and high precision surveying, mapping, & GIS Mr. Carpenter earned valuable experience while employed 10 years by the Timken Company working within the Facilities Engineering Department. Richard worked in a civil group delivering civil designs while maintaining responsibilities for field surveys required for design, construction, and plant mapping.
