Green Mountain Engineering is a Stockton, CA based firm, which was started in 2002 by Dominick Gulli, P.E., P.L.S. Dominick has been a civil engineer for 15 years, and has over 25 years of construction, surveying and engineering experience. The projects he has been involved with have included bridge design, levee design and maintenance, subdivision design & development (+300 lots), drainage studies, construction staking, Record of Surveys and Parcel Maps to name a few.We run the latest software & hardware, utilizing industry standard materials from Trimble, TOPCON, and AutoDesk.

Green Mountain Engineering has more than 15 years experience in Engineering. Coupled with our surveying experience, we are able to supply our clients with an accurate and cost effective design for their planning needs. One of our main specialties is Levee Engineering. We work side by side with government agencies in the design and maintenance of levee systems throughout California.
