Our Survey Department serves all facets of the built environment - putting both training and talent to work on our clients' projects. Our Professional Land Surveyors have over 50 years of combined surveying experience. Acting as technical leads on your project, they're constantly brainstorming solutions and applying seasoned judgment to project obstacles.
Engineering

Our Civil Engineering Department has broad-based expertise in the complexities of land development and infrastructure design. Our Licensed Engineers and Designers have extensive experience working on diverse projects: large stormwater/water quality facilities, as well as site grading, road design, water and waste water utility extensions and pumping facilities.
Land Planning

Our Land Use Planners provide expertise in the areas of permitting, land use and development issues, comprehensive planning, Growth Management Act and development regulations. Our Planners have a proven track record working with our region's city, county, and state agencies. In addition, our team's previous experience working in the public sector provides us with the insight to design regulatory solutions that work.
