Services
Boundary Surveys
Our boundary surveys establish precise property lines using advanced GPS technology and historical records. We deliver detailed documentation for real estate transactions, legal disputes, and development projects. Clients receive accurate measurements that meet Oregon state requirements for land registration and title insurance purposes.
Topographic Surveys
We create detailed topographic maps showing natural and man-made features using digital elevation models. Our surveys support construction planning, drainage analysis, and environmental assessments. Data includes contour lines, elevation points, and vegetation coverage for comprehensive site analysis.
ALTA Surveys
Our ALTA/ACSM surveys meet national standards for commercial property transactions. We document easements, encroachments, and improvements with precision required by title companies and lenders. Surveys include zoning information, floodplain data, and utility infrastructure details.
Land Dispute Consultation
We provide expert analysis and courtroom testimony for property line conflicts. Our services include historical record research, physical monumentation, and digital evidence presentation. We maintain impartiality while delivering legally defensible documentation for mediation or litigation.
Elevation Certificates
Our certified elevation certificates determine flood risk for FEMA insurance requirements. We measure building elevations relative to floodplain data using survey-grade equipment. Documentation meets National Flood Insurance Program standards for accurate risk assessment and premium calculation.

Our property borders with a timber company, and several trees damaged by wildfire last year needed to be taken down. I spoke with Lee about getting the property line staked to confirm ownership of the trees, and he suggested I call the timber company first to discuss. Thank you for the advice: the timber company had aerial pictures of the trees in question and made a determination on the phone, thus saving us the cost of the survey. Thank you again!

Has not demonstrated competency in project management of their business, scope or schedule, or integrity in client interactions. Not recommended until they can demonstrate remedies to these problems.

Did most of our business via email and phone. They were prompt and helpful on the phone. They stayed within quoted price and delivered survey on time. Even pushing it forward a few days at my request, due to a home sale deadline.

The crew from Township were prompt, professional, and easy to work with. We really appreciated their intelligence and expertise. They were able to locate one original corner marker from 1959, when our house was built (they had to dig down a foot or two to find it, right at the edge of a sidewalk slab!), and they extrapolated and measured the location of the other three corners from markers in the neighborhood.

We only paid for the corners to be located, as it would have cost $1000 extra to have new legal markers installed and papers filed with the County--but, if we ever need to go to that length, we will call Township again.
