We wanted to get our property surveyed and the map updated as we didn't get it done when we first moved to our property and we felt it was time as we wanted to find out our boundary lines. I came across Sydney A Rapp Land Surveying when I searched online for a suitable company to do the work. We were provided with a reasonable quote and we were very happy with the work that was performed. They took the time to perform the ground work, answer any questions we had and we never felt they rushed through anything. Couldn't be happier with the end result. Fantastic company, had a boundary survey done through them. Zach helped me out with a pretty complicated deed issue a while back that was the result of our lawyer screwing up our house purchase. He was communicative throughout the process which took at while (at no fault of his own). Sorted out a boundary dispute that otherwise would have been extremely problematic. Ended up costing less than some of the other companies in the New Fairfield area.
If you're a new homeowner and you think you need a survey done, even for your own peace of mind, you need to get one done as soon as possible. The longer you wait the more issues can compound. I sincerely appreciate the work done by these guys.
