TC Merritts Land Surveyors was established in 1980 by Thomas C. Merritts. Our original office was located in Hawthorne, and several years later relocated to Pleasantville where we are currently established. Today, we are licensed both in New York and Connecticut employing a complete staff of land surveyors, field technicians, CAD technicians and administrative support personel.
