Richard was very experienced and helpful. He was thorough and explained everything to us throughout the process. He surveyed our land in summer of 2018. We got all the hard copies to turn into the burough. As he surveyed our land he then discovered there was a gap of land between our neighbors property and ours due to a measuring mistake when the land was parceled.

We needed to know If we had rights to this gap and to do the extra research it was an added fee so we decided to continue the research of summer 2019. I reached out to him last week and he delivered the results in under a week. Richard was very knowledgable and did the extra research and wrote up the legal description. Very personable and timel. Strongly recommend.

Richard did a great job for us when FEMA didn't. Professional, timely, and his pricing is fair. Thanks again for handling the paperwork saving us countless hours of frustration!
