I love working at Ulteig because the culture is driven by individuals who are passionate about teaching and learning from one another. There is an abundance of technical expertise in highly specialized areas spread across multiple disciplines and departments. Many of the experienced engineers I work with on a daily basis are willing to share their knowledge with their peers and new hires who are looking to soak up as much knowledge as they can!
