Good luck getting a call or email returned. We are trying to pay for this service but apparently they don't want any work.

I have used Tingley and Associates for over three decades. They do an excellent job and are very responsive and professional. I would recommend them 100%!

Of the 4 quotes I received, Tingley & Associates was the most reasonable and they also were the only surveyors who were receptive to placing t posts on the property line to make the property boundary visually clear. Communications with the office personnel was very good. I would recommend them.

Tingley broke my neighbor's land about 5-8 years ago Into 5 different plots. No big deal. But since than, 3 of my other neighbors got their land surveyed around these plots and I just got my own land surveyed. So there's 5 surveys total, all with different companies. 4 of the surveys matched lines. Tingley did not. It wasn't that it took land away from me, they gave me more land than I had. Taking away land from the the owners. I would not recommend these guy. They clearly don't know what they are doing

Don't waste your time calling. i called three times in 2017 to get a survey done, on the third call I asked the secretary about a return phone call. She said the owner picks and chooses who he calls back, so i went elsewhere. I needed a survey in 2020 and had hired Clark Survey in Carson City when i called Tingley's office to see about a second estimate. The same secretary told me on a Tuesday that I would hear back by Friday. Hah! Again, don't waste your time calling.

This company has always been responsive even when they are swamped (btw, I am happy to hire a company that has more business than they can handle. that alone speaks volumes!). Tedious work, attention to detail, and friendly service. this is and will be my first go-to for business every time! THANK YOU Tingley and Associates!

The worst survey company I have ever dealt with. As a real estate broker with nearly 20 years of experience, I have dealt with dozens of surveyors and have never encountered a survey company this difficult to work with. The woman who answers the phone is impossible--very rude and unhelpful. Unfortunately, my client hired them before I took on the listing.

Once retained, I called them at my client's request for the update on the completion of the survey, but the woman at Tingley refused to talk to me until my client called and authorized her to speak to me. I subsequently asked for but never had a return call from the surveyor to discuss some of the issues related to the property and the survey. Not impressed! Avoid at all costs!

They did a survey for me years ago. They were prompt, the pricing was fair, and most importantly they were accurate. I need to hire them again. I was disappointed to see the negative reviews. I will follow up in the future to either dispute or agree with what has already been written.

I had high hopes as the office lady was very nice and professional. She took the appropriate information on getting our property surveyed but then we never got a call back and when we have tried to call them back, you can't get a hold of anyone.the sad thing is this is the second time it has happened to us. The first time I was trying to give them the benefit as it was the busy season but just seems that they don't want the business.

Two times last year I tried to get them to give me a quoit and they never got back with me either time, I waited through the winter and went down there just by luck the main guy was there and got a quoit and was told it would take about a month to be able to get to it. One month one week later we ended up calling them they said about another week, week go's by still nothing so we called back and was told it would definitely be done the following Wednesday or Thursday that Friday they finally got it done! Now again I'm trying to get another quoit on another piece of land and the same thing they don't ever call you back and when you do call them back the quoit is never ready!
