Savoy was more expensive than other company's but after speaking with them, they seemed to care and take their customers like family. With the recent FEMA flood map changes they were able to out within that week and all seemed great. After receiving the bill with the detailed information that I could not understand, I called wanting to know what it all ment. An additional servayer had to come out to make sense of current survey and I was promised a phone call after they ran the numbers again.
Never happened. When I went out back after I came home from work, I have marker on my house with no explanation. I guess my circumstances and family were not as important as them cashing my check.
