2 stars and here is why. As a for sale by owner house seller I recently called to order a survey. I was quoted $1,800 over the phone for a standard plot which is a boundary line drawing and staking. I thought that seems a little high so I checked with another company to compare and got the same job for $600. So it is my best opinion that since I was going as myself and not going through an attorney they were trying to gouge me.
What other explanation could there be? So I'm going to say they're not very ethical I know they've been in business a long time based on their profile but that's just my opinion on their ethics. After all we can only judge on what they have proposed to do. It really pays to get competitive bids.
