I wanted to get my property survey done for fencing and other backyard upgrades. After researching a few companies, I went ahead with Jeff for the following 2 reasons 1. Most other companies asked to pay upfront, while Jeff provided me with a transparent estimate with payment on delivery of the survey. 2. Every other company had a broad 2 - few weeks timeline, while Jeff gave me definitive timeline / schedule with a date. Eventually, Jeff got the work done and delivered as promised.

I would also say his estimates were reasonable, if not lowest. Also I requested corner markers, but he noticed I already had one corner marked (though hidden well beneath the grass and not easily visible) whereas the other 3 had obstacles. Rather than duping me for more money, he honestly called out the existing marker and helped put temporary identifiers on the other 3 at no cost. I will highly recommend his services.
