Services
Epp & Associates was founded in 1978, by Peter Epp as E&C Consulting in Craig, Colorado along the beautiful Yampa River. In 1983 the name was changed to Epp & Associates, Inc, which it remains to this day. In May of 2017, Peter sold the company to Mike Fraher, who had been working for Epp & Associates since 2012.
Mike graduated from Michigan Technological University in 2010 with a B.S. in Surveying Engineering. He began working for Epp & Associates in 2012, and became licensed in Colorado in 2015. He purchased Epp & Associates from Peter Epp in 2017. Peter moved to Craig, Colorado in 1973 from Aylsham, Saskatchewan, Canada, surveying for oil and gas exploration, and eventually was hired as a surveyor at the Empire Energy Mine on Highway 13 South of Craig. In 1977, Peter obtained a license as a Colorado Professional Land Surveyor, and in 1978 formed E & C Consulting.
