Hired to survey a lot. First they surveyed the wrong lot (23 acres). Failed to actually survey the lot, could not find the lot. Wanted a title search done, I did it. Wanted to talk to my attorney, they did. Still did not know where to survey. Then send invoice for balance of contract. When I called to talk to him about the final bill, I got no response. Invoice is paid but I will tell everyone what they are like. Shouldn't surprise me once I saw who the original owner was, she has been sneaky as long as I have known of her. Beware!
