Block Surveying & Mapping

We used Block Surveying on the purchase of our home, they were fast and very responsive. We had a great experience with them.

Reasonable price but he told me it would take a week, ended up being 2! Ignored my phone calls and didn't return my calls after leaving messages. He acts like he has better things to do. I will never use them again, very unprofessional!

During process of selling our home, Block survey was called to do the survey. While they were there, we left while his guys were still surveying the yard. As we were leaving my husband told the guy not to leave the gate open because we have dogs. When we got back an hour and a half later we realized that not only did they survey the property, they surveyed the inside of house too and stole over $3000 worth of stuff.

When we called Mr Block he said he did have his guys there and one of guy's girlfriend but it couldn't be his guys that robbed us. It had to be them. For one it was evident this wasn't their first robbery and we lived in a cul de sac. Neighbors even witnessed that these guys were the only ones there during that time that didn't live in our cul de sac.

Bought a survey in 2004 for over $500 in a subdivision which was fenced on all sides. Called the business with the expectation that I would receive service after the sale, boy was I wrong. They want $125 just to leave their home to put stakes on the property, I find this to be both obscene and highway robbery. Anybody business who promises to return a call and doesn't and when you follow up they claim they are "busy" and hang up on you call back later and tell me that they will look up my file and call me back.

They promise to call you and don't and when they finally call they want to charge you even more after you paid already is flat out dishonest and wrong. This is an example of the service I received from this business after they get my money. Stay away stay far away. Danger Will Robinson Danger.
