Services
AP started out as a small two-man shop in 1975 and has since grown to a firm of nearly 100 employees with four office locations in central and eastern Oregon and eastern Washington. For the firm, growth has not been the objective but rather it has been a result of our values to operate from a reputation founded on high ethics, quality work, and exceptional service. The firm leadership has worked to provide a rewarding and positive work environment for staff while fostering an attitude of continual improvement.
AP's primary purpose since its founding over 45 years ago is to serve as the "one-stop shop" for eastern and central Oregon and eastern Washington organizations' and municipalities' engineering needs. AP is a trusted resource many local clients depend on for reliable, cost-effective answers to their everyday engineering questions.
AP offers competitive wages, flexible hours, a friendly atmosphere, and an environment that challenges our employees to learn and become valued professionals. These are some of the reasons our employees choose to stay with AP long term. If short commutes, more time with family, easy access to unpopulated public forest lands, less crime, and friendly communities sound like a nice change of pace, AP might just be the career change you've been looking for.If we hire them, we will send you a $500 Amazon gift card.

Anderson Perry provides an incredible service to small communities. I worked with them during my 14 years as Mayor of Echo. They were tremendous help with our projects, particularly in designing solutions and assisting in locating funding. I can't overstate their importance to small communities as well as other larger projects typical of such a firm.
