Party ordering survey is responsible for full payment of the invoice unless other arrangements are made with Accurate Land Surveyors in writing, at the time of the order. These folks are the worst. Almost to the point where it's possible fraud. They took my $495 to come back out a 2nd time to add the meridian to my original survey done less than a year ago. That was a about a week+ ago and no email, no call to let me know when (or if) they are coming out. And of course their voice mail box doesn't accept messages. But they were quick to take my payment.so there is that. Avoid these people at all costs.

Buyer beware. I had a similar experience as other reviewers. If you want a survey done in months, not weeks, and enjoy daily follow ups with customer service hoping for progress, that is what you can expect here. The details: I ordered a survey for a new home purchase and paid upfront on the 18th of February. Survey was conducted on site on the 21st. 3 weeks later and the report is still not ready, my diligence period has expired, and daily calls to customer service are not helpful. At this point, I wish I had my money back.

It is now week 8, about 20 calls and 2 office visits, I am still being told someone will call me back at the end of the day with an update. My permits are now set to expire and everything is on hold after being told it would be completed in 2 weeks. Frustrated because I can't even get an answer and being continued to be told it will be ready tomorrow, which never comes. I now just want a refund. If anyone is in charge please Just return a phone call.

The good news: they were very quick with scheduling and showed up as promised. The bad news: 1)they took longer than promised to produce the survey; 2) they said they mailed 5 copies to my house but they never arrived and I had to go the office to pick them up and 3) my contractor needed a digitally signed copy to submit to the city and it was like pulling teeth to get them to send it.
Once the survey was complete and signed off, he called everyday and the excuse was always we're too busy. They didn't send the digitally signed document until 11 days after the survey had been signed off, and that was with constant badgering.

Wish I read the reviews before I paid them, same issues I paid in full in January and was told 2 weeks. 7 weeks later I'm told it will be ready tomorrow but there is an excuse every time tomorrow comes. Lynn sounds like she doesn't care. I will be asking for my money back, we will see. The also charged full price for updates to a survey they already did.

Mmmm. How was the experience? Good question. I was dealing with them couple of months ago and had no complaints. My other survey I paid in December and should be done 2 weeks later. that what they promised me. The money is gone and 3 months later I am still waiting. Calling twice a week and get all kind excuses why there is a delay.

I am local living and running my business in Pompano Beach and when I have the need to have surveys conducted I use Accurate. They are responsive and fair. Recently I ran into an issue on the a survey and the information on it. I spoke with Chris and he was beyond helpful, spending a lot of time explaining and researching various aspects of the survey versus the Plat and really gave me some clear guidance on how to rectify the issues. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I use the company and the only thing I heard from them are excuses on not doing their job. Lynn answer the phone and sound like she is making you a favor, even when is you who paid for the services. Take forever to do the reports. Stay away. Use other company.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness This company is very unresponsive. I work for a GC and they are less than responsive and they don't do anything in a timely manner. Lyn is very rude and is not helpful at all. The require payment up front but take forever to produce the survey. They make promises they never keep.

BEWARE! We are building a pool and needed a topographic survey for the city. I used this company since they had done the land survey for our home when we first moved in years before. We paid the company in May and after MULTIPLE times of Lynn telling us they would definitely be at our house within the next few days, we finally requested a refund on 7/1.
I disputed the charge on my credit card and received a conditional credit from my credit card company but Accurate Land Surveyors still have not refunded us to settle the dispute. Save yourself the aggravation and find a different company!

After establishing what I believed to be good rapport with Stan, he called me a week after telling him the deposit payment was ready and used obscene language IN OUR OFFICE because the receptionist was away from her desk. A week later, Stan called me and told me to go f%ck myself. The worst customer service I have ever experienced from a vendor.

I am very dissatisfied with the service I've received from this company that was recommended to me by a very close friend. It has taken 2 months for me to received my survey, and I'm still trying to get them to come out to flag the property line. We've been getting the round around since April, to resolve this issue, and being given dates of when they will come out. nothing to this date has been done with a representative coming out to flag the property line.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness We contacted this company to do a survey of our property. They collected the money about two weeks ago but we are still waiting for the service to be provided. We have called in different occasions and even though they answered we are still waiting for somebody to come to the house and do the job. Terrible, very unprofessional.

Terrible company! Waste of your time. Accurate did an alcohol radius survey that was not per the City of Miami's requirements. The requested change was minor, but after 2 1/2 months of calling Lynn and Chris daily, dozens of emails, I have given up. I had to pay someone else to do it. Don't waste your time with Accurate. They don't care.

I recently closed on my house and we used Accurate for our land survey. I usually do not leave a review but Accurate has gone over and beyond to help assist with all of our questions as we have a neighbor issue. Chris is very knowledgeable and made me feel well educated on my survey. The best firm around and I highly recommend!
