Mau & Associates offers land planning services. This service provides you with direction to how a particular property could be divided or developed. It takes into account, Municipal Comprehensive Plans and Zoning ordinances, innovative planning principals that explore existing and projected future development trends.
Civil Engineering

Detailed site design plans for construction. These plans take into consideration existing; topography, soil conditions, wetlands, flood plains, structures and utilities as well as future structures, parking lots, storm water management and utilities. These plans are coordinated with the local municipality, and appropriate State and/or Federal agencies.
