As a land developer and real estate lawyer in Arizona I've worked with many surveyors the last 35-40 years and Rob and Justin at Gillians are among the best of the best. When I called them to survey my daughter's residential lot in downtown Denver they showed up on the day, at the hour and to the minute they said they would be there, completed the job in less time than expected, and while there Justin explained exactly what he was doing and why.
Their drawings were precise, well organized, and understandable. Even though it's difficult to precisely estimate a job because of unanticipated circumstances, their cost was exactly the same as was quoted, and compared to other Denver surveyors, was very reasonable. They will get all my Denver business!
