20 years ago I hired John b Webb for site development of my commerical equestrian. Center of by basically flat cleared land. At the time I didnt really want all the swales and drainage they designed for me - seems a bit bit of overkill.
Summer 2024 we have hurricane Helene and Milton and some of the worst flooding Seminole county as ever seen. My swales filled to the brim and thanks to Johns design drained quickly and did their job saving my equestrian center from any flooding in the building or roads.
Just goes so show. If you trust quality you get quality (even if you didnt want it at time )
