One call does it all. Joshua responded to all my questions and inquiries on our first call, he took the time to explain to me the process his work would take and the time line it would follow. Pricing was appropriate and fair. When Joshua was surveying our property he explained everything he was doing and why, explaining to me in layman's terms what he was looking for and finding. The work was done in a timely manner, providing me with all the information I needed to go to the city to complete my project. Thank you for a great job.

Joshua Phillips worked with me. He talked with me unti he was sure he understood what I needed. He looked up the relevant data on the history and current layout of the neighborhood. When Joshua set up his surveying equipment, he discovered that one of the markers he needed was buried somewhere under a large area of melting snow and ice 2-3 ft.thick. Joshua told me he considered deIaying the job until the snow and ice melted. Instead, knowing I needed the data immediately, he dug through the ice and snow until he was able to locate the marker.
He explained his findings to me. I received the report within a day or two. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and responsiveness of Joshua Phillips. Eli & Associate are lucky to have Joshua Phillips on board!

He gathered information & talked to county officials so that within a week He was processing a design for a permit. When a glitch accrued because of underground wires, he made adjustments very quickly. We were well cared for throughout the whole process!

Contracting with Eli & Associates for a property survey was a positive experience. Joshua responded promptly to my inquiry and was able to schedule a site visit sooner than expected. He was thorough and deliberate in his measurements, and was personable in his interactions with me. He stayed in touch regularly throughout the project, provided graphic exhibits with the additional information requested and filed the records with the county in a timely manner.
