Excellent surveyor that does thorough work and very quickly. Most surveyors quote a wait time of 2-3 weeks to get out there and then take 7-10 days to get the survey back. Eric was super responsive, I got our appointment scheduled in one week and he got the survey back to me in 2 days. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND and very reasonable.
