Don't use this company! Katy hung up on me and they are refusing to sign a survey that I paid for that they provided to me. I have been holding the land for years and now when I need the survey to sell it, I realized the electronic survey sent to me is not signed. Now they are saying that they will not sign it and want to charge $900 to do a new one so I paid them for nothing.

Of 5 places I called before choosing and surveyor, this was by far the RUDEST most difficult short and complicated place. If business is run anything like their reception, I chose to just NEVERMIND and go someplace else. I would recommend Whilhite or D. West based on initial reactions. Getting surveys done is difficult and complicated enough, spare yourself the added aggravations.
