My experience with Ismus Survey was excellent. Paul S. did everything he could to help me and he went beyond to try to get me off the flood plane. It's been so stressful with this because flood Insurance is very expensive. He got me down to slight risk but he'd try to get me off witch would be best. I really appreciate his hard and personal work for me. Thank you very much Linda

Isthmus did a great job for me. I had him do two surveys, and I was pleased with the results, the maps drawn for me and the cost, which was ok in today's market. He gave me two estimates, and the bills came in at the estimated cost. I give five stars. Charles.

Needed to get my property surveyed prior to putting in a perimeter fence. We live in an old house (>100 years) so we could not find the most recent stakes on our own. Isthmus survey did a great job. Responded quickly. Came to the house quickly. You don't need to be present during the survey. The completed documents we received were 100% satisfactory. We got both paper and electronic documents for the survey. Would definitely recommend their services for downtown residential property surveying.
