Commercial Surveys
Our commercial surveys support site design and property transactions with precise boundary determination. Using GPS and conventional methods, we deliver accurate data for developers and engineers. Topographic Surveys
We create detailed topographic maps showing horizontal and vertical land features using 3D laser scanning and traditional equipment. These surveys support construction planning and environmental assessments. Our six licensed Professional Land Surveyors ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across multiple states for elevation and terrain analysis.
ALTA/NSPS Surveys
Our ALTA/NSPS surveys meet American Land Title Association standards for commercial property transactions. We identify boundary markers, easements, and improvements with sub-centimeter accuracy. 3D Laser Scanning
We capture high-resolution 3D data for complex structures and hard-to-reach areas using terrestrial laser scanning. Leading daily operations since 1999, Kim manages commercial and residential projects. With a BS in Surveying Engineering from West Virginia University Institute of Technology, he's licensed in four states and serves on the HBAWS board.

Overseeing field operations since 1998, David specializes in oil and gas surveys. He holds surveying and CAD certificates from Guilford Technical Community College and is a licensed North Carolina surveyor.
Jeffery S. Smith
Project Manager
Managing GIS operations since 2011, Jeffery holds BS and MS degrees in geospatial sciences from NC State University. He's licensed in two states and combines textile materials science expertise with surveying technology.

Critical: Quality said they do not have the man power to do land survey and then switch it up and said they only do commercial contracts who ever answering the phone don't know what she talking about or she just lazy
