I reached out to them a month ago to get a survey and was told I was placed in their que and they would email me soon. Two weeks later I had not heard from them so I called back and asked them to check to be sure that my file was moving forward. They corresponded by phone and email ensuring me they were working on it. Today, a MONTH later, they told me they are not servicing the area of my property any longer.
I am very disappointed that they have so little respect for their clients that they would string one along for a month. They could have told me this during the initial phone call and I would have happily gone to another company. Now they cost me a month. Stay away.

I called their office with some questions regarding a survey they had completed several years ago and the woman who answered the phone was shockingly curt and rude from the get-go. Fortunately, in her desire to quickly shut me down, she provided me with the confidential name of a previous client and I contacted him. He was most gracious in providing me the assistance I was looking for. I'm in a position to be in need of future surveying work, as are my colleagues & clients, and Strayer will absolutely not be getting any business from any of them if I can help it. The owners of this company may want to reconsider the demeanor & behavior of who they have representing them on the phone.

An atmosphere of ENTITLEMENT and MISANDRY permeates throughout this office with the women that work here. Especially office mgr, Joe ( female ) She's very deflective, non-friendly and disrespectful. Make sure you have a woman in your life to deal with the women that work here. Simple questions asked were screened and deflected.

Superior service! Russell and his partner were excellent with their knowledge, professionalism and promptness when they came to our home. I couldn't of asked for a better company to meet our survey needs. I wish all the companies involved in our project would follow their example. Recommend without any reservation!
