Services
ALTA/ACSM Survey
We provide ALTA/ACSM surveys that meet the joint standards proposed by the American Land Title Association and the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping. These comprehensive surveys are frequently required for commercial real estate transactions. Our clients benefit from a single integrated document that satisfies title companies, lenders, and attorneys.
Boundary Survey
We conduct boundary surveys to precisely determine the physical extent of property ownership as witnessed by monuments and markers. Our team measures iron rods, pipes, concrete monuments, and other physical indicators to establish accurate boundaries. Clients receive a detailed plat or map drawn from verified field data, ensuring legal clarity.
Construction Surveying
We perform construction surveying, also known as lay-out or setting-out, to establish and mark positions for new structures. Our work supports the detailed layout of roads, buildings, and infrastructure prior to breaking ground. Developers and contractors rely on our precise staking to ensure projects are built according to exact engineering specifications.
Topographic Survey
We execute topographic surveys that measure the elevation of specific points across a parcel of land. Our findings are presented as detailed contour lines on a plot for engineering and design purposes. Architects, engineers, and planners use this data to evaluate drainage, grading, and site conditions before development.
Subdivision Plat
We create subdivision plats based on thorough surveys of land parcels, drawing interior lines to indicate roads and lot configurations. Our team collaborates closely with developers to finalize designs that meet municipal requirements. Once approved, we drive pins to mark lot corners and curve ends, then record the plat officially.

Called for a survey for an Early March Closing. Wait time was until LATE April. Oh Well. I will call someone else.

Used them before. They used to be reasonable. Gave me rediculous price, and wanted to resurvey their previous survey.
