Avoid Mark W Whiteley at all cost. Mark Whiteley & Associates made a mistake on a surrvey on my property in the Willow Creek Subdivison in Beaumont, TX. They refuse to corect the mistake. Their reasoning is that the person that performed the survey is no longer employed at Whiteley & Associates. I am in the process of selling my house and I am going to have to purchase another survey at a cost of $600 b/c of the prior incompetence of Whiteley & Associates. Whiteley & Associates should fix the mistake or perform a survey free of charge.
