Berks Surveying & Engineering, Inc. was contracted by our client, Folino Construction, to take this project from conception to completion. We started by creating a Feasibility Study to take to Muhlenberg Township to get comment from planners and zoning officials on the design, before starting more extensive design and site work.

BSE has been busy with design and engineering services for our Berks County Agricultural Producers. We recently did Land Development, Stormwater & NPDES planning for "Wind Crest Poultry" in Hamburg, PA. Two poultry houses, each containing 44,025 square feet, were constructed, along with access road and parking/turnaround areas.
