I can't say enough good things about this company and Rich Leaver! If you are looking for an honest, upfront company/person, than this is the place to go! Poor communication, not professional and obviously doesn't want the work I made contact with you when you were across the street in Waupun. When Eric contacted you stated you would do the work. Then you sent an email stating you possibly would maybe be on vacation for the next 30 days. You don't know this? It surely seemed like you didn't want the work. When I sent an email back stating if you could do the work by the end of March all we were looking for is one lot line like I had asked and you quoted me, you stated all these other avenues of the whole lot and map.
If you didn't want the work then state that upfront. Your next email basically stated good luck. As stated, I did make contact with you and obviously you didn't want the job and couldn't say that up front. Thank you for your time. Leaver Land contacted us and with maybe a little miscommunication on both ends the work will be completed as quoted. We appreciate the response.

Rich was terrific to work with. We were splitting a parcel and ran into a disagreement between the city and the county regarding some wording on the survey map. Rich was right on top of things, working with both parties to get a resolution. He guided us through the entire process and communicated with us very well. We feel he went above and beyond to help us and would highly recommend him for anyone needing survey work done.
