Our key personnel have provided a variety of consulting services to federal, state, and municipal agencies. The company founders, Allan S. Young, P.E., and Leslie G. Nafis, P.E., L.S., have over thirty years of service as Town Managers and Town Engineers in several communities in Connecticut and Massachusetts.It is through this experience that NYE has developed a unique approach to engineering service and design.
