Licensed to practice in the State of Washington, we have developed local knowledge and many contacts in the Puget Sound area. We have experience on multiple city, county, and public agency projects as well as being familiar with their expectations, policies, and procedures. We also provide residential (within in the City of Seattle city limits) property surveys, short plats, and construction staking.

Experienced in multiple facets of surveying, Eileen approaches each project with professionalism and a commitment to deliver the highest quality product on time within budget for her clients!
We service all of the City of Seattle only for residential surveys! We devote all the time you need to talk about the details and priorities of your vital project. We respect budget constraints by concentrating on the specific services you need. Eileen and her staff are AMAZING, HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY! I would for sure be using their services again.
