Services
Below are some of the services that we offer for both residential and commercial clients. We will do our best to assist you. Includes locations of existing or newly set property corners with the boundaries of the property labeled with bearings and distances. The deed for the parcel or the recorded plat for the subdivision is used as the basis for surveying the property as well as setting missing property corners. The survey typically will show improvements along or near the property boundaries but does not include improvements inside the property.

Surveying solutions came out to survey my property in October and despite my efforts could not locate stakes or property boundaries. I received prompt responses from Dwayne and Tommy via phone and email. After it was determined I was not happy with the first land markings and Despite a busy schedule and the holidays Tommy Wrenn made sure the surveyor returned today to restake and walk the boundaries with me. I would highly recommend Surveying Solutions just make sure you communicate your needs and expectations. Great customer service.

They surveyed my property prior to purchase and did a fine job. 2 years later I am building on the property and gave them a call to help with building survey. Called them twice a week for 3 weeks with no call back even though the promised to call back. Everytime I called I would get a round around and send an email with details and still nothing. Final call week 4 they gave me another excuse and gave up.but, I will say there is a sweet lady that answers the phone and is very curtious, freindly and helpful that always tried to resolve, and make it happen.it's to bad that this was my experience given past work.
