Very bad. He seems quick and professional but I misplace his certification and when I asked for a duplicate he never send it. He never answer to phone or email. Very bad way to run a business.

Stephen is AMAZING. My husband and I found out at the last minute that we needed our new house surveyed otherwise our closing would be delayed. I called my lawyers recommendation and their price was expensive in my opinion for at best a 1 week turn time. I called Stephen and he not only agreed to survey the house the very next day but would also send the survey that very same night all for $75.00 more than the recommended surveyor. The rush pricing was fair and he came through in every way. Thanks to him my closing date remained on schedule and we are so relieved!
