Called 6 weeks ago supposedly I was going to get a call from 4 to 5 weeks. Called yesterday for info, none available, called again today. another 4 to 6 weeks. I feel ignored and think someone did not jot my info down. and I am over here patiently waiting for there call. so frustrating! Everyone's time is valuable.

Professional, experienced staff. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Contacted this business 2 weeks ago, was promised a call back with in 1 week, made a reminder call yesterday and still have not heard anything form them. Not good customer service at all.

Have had difficulty getting my deposit back from this company/ charged me 520.00 and we didn't not use them after all. Will not refund my deposit. Have called, wrote a letter and just sent another letter today asking for a detailed bill showing me what they did to keep my 520.00 deposit. I had to make the arrangements to have the contract sent to my daughter's work place because I waited and waited for them to send it threw the mail.

It never came. That should have been my first clue. If this matter does not get taken care of and no refund is sent I will be filling a complaint with the bbb and I will be sending a letter to all news stations to do an investigation on this company. Ww need to stop companies like this from taking peoples money.

It is now 1/18/16, and I contacted them in the middle of 11/15 for a request to have a survey done. I did get updates from a Kim S only when I forwarded her my emails that I sent once before. For 3 months I have heard nothing, have had no updates. This is ridiculous.

I hired Starr Associates, LLC in good faith. They sent me a bill and refused to provide any proof of their work. After many email exchanges pleading as the customer to get the paperwork verifying their work.they refused and accused me of harrassment. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!
