When J. Coke Smith set up his tripod and skillfully sighted his 1st property line in 1909, automobiles still were novelties in Pickens County and life was more simple. In fact, J. Coke was the surveyor for the 1st paved road, U.S. 29, through Anderson County. It was a time when a man's word was his contract.

I recently used Smith Surveyors to survey a piece of property I recently purchased. They did an excellent job for a very reasonable price. The two gentleman I dealt with were very professional.

We've used Smith Surveyors for several years, and they've helped several clients of ours. Wonderful people to work with, professionally and personally!

While the survey was fine, the secretary took it upon herself to inappropriately use my home address to solicit her church to me. Sending personal mail to the home address of someone who used your business is unethical.
