I contacted Sherrill Assoc. at the recommendation of my real estate agent. The owner called me back promptly, but could not tell me when the survey could be done. All he could promise me is "4-6 weeks." I close on my house in the standard 4 weeks. When I asked some specific questions about what I would be getting for the quoted $900 price, his answers were confusing. When I asked for clarification, he was rude and dismissive. I cannot recommend this company.

I have personally employed Sherrill Associates to complete surveys for my family and myself. I have found them to be professional and completed the survey per the agreed upon timeline. I am a realtor and have referred them many times to my clients and have had glowing responses from the clients as to their services. I plan to refer them in the future.
