Came highly recommended by my builder. Made an appointment which required that I change my schedule. I usually take care of a disabled friend on Tuesdays but I wanted to accommodate Steve at Sebago Technics. No one came at the designated time, no one called. When I called I was informed that Steve was out sick. Plenty of apologies but no effort to make amends by sending someone out soon.

I guess it is unreasonable to think some one at the company would check Steve's appointments and make any contact efforts. This will hold up my builder and me. if you are not a contractor I would suggest you find another company to do business with. This company clearly does not care.

Sebago Technics, and specifically Matt Ek have gone above in beyond with any and all dealings. I hired Sebago to layout some plot lines and everything was done on time, on budget and done very professionally. Even more impressive was three years later I ran into some trouble with the town and when I called for help, Matt remembered me and my project and asked if he could intervene with the town to make sure it was squared away. He was able to fix my issue in a very timely manner and without additional cost. I strongly suggest Sebago! Thanks for the help.
