Sathre-Bergquist, Inc. is a Consulting, Civil Engineering and Land Surveying Company founded in 1980 by Richard Sathre and Thomas Bergquist. We are based in Plymouth and have been providing a variety of services including land use design and planning, civil engineering, land surveying, and construction services for residential and commercial projects in both the private and public sectors throughout the State of Minnesota.At Sathre-Bergquist, Inc. we have developed our expertise in these areas from our wide array of projects ranging from individual lot surveys, boundary interpretation and verification to master planned communities.

Our Civil Engineering Department utilizes up to date software, including AutoCAD Civil 3D and HydroCAD to design your plans from the preliminary stages and submittals to the final construction plans. Our team of professionals is equipped to deal with even the most difficult sites. Our office staff of Professional Licensed Land Surveyors and Professional Engineers can assist in Land Use Planning and Design.

We are here to assist you with your project from concept to completion and are able to manage multiple projects of all sizes with great flexibility while maintaining scheduled objectives and deadlines.
Sathre-Bergquist, Inc. is a service oriented Civil Engineering and Land Surveying firm located in the Wayzata, Minnesota. We have been providing exceptional service to our clients for over 30 years. We specialize in, but are not limited to residential development design and planning. Our professional office staff consists of four professional Civil Engineers and one licensed Land Surveyor with a support staff of E.I.T's, L.S.I.T's, technicians and administrative staff.We currently run between 4 and 5 field crews.
