We are a small company that primarily works in Southern Colorado's San Luis Valley which is a mountain valley about 125 miles long by 75 miles wide. We are located between Pueblo and Durango, Colorado and between Salida, Colorado and Taos, New Mexico.

How much will a survey cost? The Professional Land Surveyor's fees will be based on the anticipated difficulty and time required to complete the land surveying project. Routine survey projects may be estimated as to cost, but the client should be aware that in many situations, the Professional Land Surveyor cannot predict the amount of work that will be required to recover necessary monuments, restore lost or obliterated corners, research city and county records, collect field data, complete mathematical calculations, and prepare descriptions and maps of the property.
A site specific survey usually showing elevation contours of a certain property description, showing obvious utilities, water courses, vegetation, soil classification (as available), to provide an architect with physical characteristics of a property so they can properly design requested structures.

Fast professional and responds to questions. Helpful. Originally I hired a different survey company. and now I really regret that. Because if I had hired Rincon Associates first to mark out my property and survey. I could have saved so much frustration and time and could have been done with the building part by now. But I hired some other company I won't mention Because I don't want to be negative or be "that guy." My point.
I want to make is that this company is prompt. They didn't give me excuses, they got it done. They sent the documents and made me wish I had called them first. CALL THESE GUY'S FIRST! If I had called them first I'd have saved thousands of dollars. Instead I ended up paying twice for a land Survey/ corner marking. Because the first company I called, was terrible and didn't respond with any effort or send any documents or maps. 5 months all i got promices and the runaround.
The one time they called me right back when I fired them! So I'm hoping my experience will help you. THIS COMPANY RINCON ASSOCIATES IS GREAT! They do the job and made this part of the process easy because it shouldn't be a nightmare just to get one part of a long project, out of the way. So you can proceed the next. I am trying to build my own house.
I wish I had called these guys first. Rincon is who I'd recommend from my experience. They where a thousand times better than the other guys. I'm writing this review in gratitude, for finally making my project possible. Thank you

This gentleman did a survey for several years ago. I was happy with the job he did. I have returned to ask him for another survey. He remembered me and the work he did although we had not seen one in many years. He was organized and pulled up my old file, helped me map the job, gave me a cost estimate which I thought was reasonable, gave me a timetable, and educated me on corresponding documentation. I thought he was trustworthy and respectful and i gave him a key to my place to enter in my absence. I liked his professionalism and personality.
