Therefore, Rains Surveying will not be able to take requests for this type of survey from the homeowner/buyer. Please note that due to New Mexico Statute 7-38-44.1, property owners looking to split or merge their property must pay all taxes, penalties, interest and fees through the taxable year in which the property is divided or combined.
