We work with an outstanding company, Engineering Surveying Photogrammetry, LLC, based in Tucson that can "fly" your parcel and provide both a precise topographic drawing at one-foot intervals as well as an aerial photograph. We work with individual homeowners, architects and builder / developers to provide the exact information they need to determine the slope and watershed characteristics of your property. As the surveyor, we survey, set the corners of your parcel and mark them with large white panels visible from the air.
An ALTA / ACSM Land Title Survey is provided when a Title Company and a Lender require the location data necessary for issuing an American Land Title Association or Extended Coverage Title Insurance Policy. There are often questions you, as a client, may have regarding our surveying services. We have prepared the following questions and answers in an attempt to assist you. If, however, you do not find the information you need in our list below, please give us a call. 1. HOW DOES A SURVEYOR FIND THE CORNERS OF MY PROPERTY? If your property is located within a subdivision: We use the Brass Cap Monuments set by the developer when the final plat for your subdivision was filed with the Maricopa County Recorder (M.C.R.).
We have over 20 years of experience resolving property line disputes and dividing parcels in Arizona. We are experts at doing property line surveys. We can also provide the boundary survey you need to build a wall, a guest house or an addition. We can simply set your property corners or provide a plat for your property line survey. A plat is a 24" x 36" CAD illustration of your property, drawn to scale that has been signed and certified by a registered surveyor. Your neighborhood, whether you live in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Cave Creek or any other, usually requires a plat if you are going to split your lot or make changes to the existing structures on your lot.
