Our Survey and Mapping Department understands that precise and accurate measurements are the foundation for every design engineering project. Through consistent use of our platting, surveying and mapping capabilities combined with state-of-the-art programs, PEC delivers a variety of professional services.
The PEC Surveyors have extensive experience in a wide variety of governmental, institutional and private land development as well as parks and recreational projects. Our firm has successfully completed the surveying for a wide range of projects from small commercial sites to thousand unit residential neighborhoods to the surveying for the development of three of the areas regional malls to the Development of Regional Impact (DRI) projects.
The PEC Surveyors have over three decades in performing construction staking and as owners agent in a myriad of construction type projects. We routinely perform construction surveying services for large and small projects from residential housing construction, roadway construction, sports stadiums to apartment complexes to major sky scrapers and commercial developments.
The PEC Surveyors have 27 years of experience performing all manner of surveys in support of a 100 man multidisciplinary engineering firm. This history has enabled our staff to perform thousands of engineering design surveys in support of the civil engineering of the full spectrum of public infrastructure of projects.
