Harold Phelps is the founding principal of Phelps Engineering, Inc. (PEI), starting the company in 1990 with a single technician. Harold focus is on staying up with trends in the market to best serve our client's needs and developing an entrepreneurial atmosphere at PEI that allows our associates to create cost effective and efficient design services that lead to our clients' successes.
Park Place is a master planned mixed use development located in the heart of Leawood, Kansas. When ultimately completed, Park Place will provide over 1,200,000 square feet of office, retail, hotel and residential space on 30 acres. Since beginning on the project in 2002, PEI has been retained by Park Place to provide professional land surveying and civil engineering for all phases of this development.
Formerly Systems Materials Handline, PEI was retained by TVH to provide civil engineering and land surveying for a new 100,000 sq. A few years after the completion of the first expansion, PEI was again retained by TVH to provide land surveying and civil engineering design services for a second expansion.
