Mr. Navarro, President and CEO, founded N&W in 1996 and oversees the overall strategic operations and development of the company to successfully serve the needs of our clients. He has over 35 years of experience in design and management of civil engineering projects, including streets/ roadways, water distribution and treatment facilities, wastewater collection and treatment facilities, and land development.
Our mobile society demands a transportation network that is safe, efficient and dependable. Navarro & Wright provides planning, engineering and design for transportation projects. These projects range from initial traffic studies to design services for highways, bridges, airport and rail facilities for state DOT's, municipalities and private clients.
